The sweet and salty combination is full of possibilities, and the sweet potato is great for this purpose, especially with this recipe with a fantastic dressing. A starter for everybody, you can use it to whet the appetite, and that works great, even for those who don’t feel very confident in the kitchen yet because this grilled sweet potato is extremely easy to cook.
Servings for 2
Slice the sweet potato lengthwise. Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle some salt over it.
Heat the BBQ previously and, when ready, place the sweet potatoes on the lower racks and close.
Cook for 3 minutes or until done on one side. Flip the slices, close again, and cook for another 3 minutes, or until done.
Serve with some dressing on top.
