Description

Are you that kind of person who says you would spend the whole day baking biscuits BUT you haven’t got an oven so... ? Well, no more excuses here. Every time you say something like that, an oven gets unplugged in our kitchen. Give the countertop ovens a chance. With these three ingredients vegan biscuit doughnuts is even easier. And if you are not satisfied later, we will give you the "like" back.

Ingredients

Servings for 12

Wheat flour
185 g
Almond flour
65 g
Tablespoons of crushing cookies

Coconut sugar
150 g
Tablespoon of baker’s yeast

A pinch of salt
Plant-based drink
180 ml
Coconut oil
30 g
Tablespoons of apple compote

Vegan white chocolate
80 g
Dark chocolate
10 g
Tablespoon of coconut oil

Biscuits to taste

Preparation

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a different bowl, beat all the wet ingredients (coconut oil must be liquid).

Put together the dry and wet ingredients in the same bowl and toss well.

Spread the dough in the doughnut moulds, previously greased.

Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Remove them from the oven and set them aside to cool before unmoulding.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolates together with the coconut oil in a bain-marie.

Coat each doughnut with melted chocolate and decorate with crushed cookies.

Chef's tip

You can add some fine biscuit crumbs to the top of the doughnuts as well.
