Description

But if it is also a frozen yogurt and red fruit cake with a crunchy muesli base, in this heat and at this hour, apart from saying yes you have to be fast because it flies! Don’t miss this refreshing recipe to make momemade ice cream cake and remember to save a bite before sharing it.

Ingredients

Muesli
150 g
Butter
50 g
Greek yogurt
500 g
Raspberries
Blueberries

Preparation

Crush muesli with a mortar and pestle. When we had dissolved all the muesli balls, we add melted butter and combine well.

Spread the mix in an oven tray with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.

When the muesli is completely cold, spread yogurt all over and decorate with frozen blueberries and raspberries.

Freeze the mix for at least 5 hours. Then, remove from the freezer and cut into bars. Ready!

We can do this cream with fresh or frozen peas.
