Try to choose thin steaks for this recipe. Add some salt to each one of them first.
Place a slice of ham and another of cheese on the top of one of the steaks. Then, another steak on it, like making a sandwich. Press the steaks together.
Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry with olive oil. Remove the excess of oil with a paper towel and serve with some fries or peppers.
