Description
We cannot think about an easier and fresher way to welcome summer more than with a classic quick strawberry and bananas ice cream.
This simple recipe will save you from hot temperatures with its fresh flavour.
Ingredients

Frozen bananas

Frozen strawberries
130 g
Coconut milk
60 g
Agave syrup
10 g
A pinch of salt
A pinch of vanilla
Preparation

Blend all the ingredients with a mixer until you have a uniform cream.

Serve ice cream in a bowl (or ice pop moulds and freeze again) and add your favourite toppings: diced fruit, grated coconut, granola…
Chef's tip
You can use other vegetable milk instead of coconut milk and strawberries for blueberries, raspberries… whatever you like.
