This is a very easy dessert to make and is fluffy, sweet, and a lot of fun. All the necessary ingredients to save your Christmas menu and finish your dinner in style. For the choux pastry, bring water together with milk, sugar, salt and butter to a boil.

Place the dough in a piping bag with a round tip and shape balls of the desired size over a tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C. Let it cool.
