This year you will make New Year’s toast with a spoon. Yep, you read it right. You are not drunk (yet). We toast with a spoon in one hand because this cocktail is a sparkling wine jelly with grapes. Another recipe to enjoy a quiet New Year’s eve and make a long special toast, enjoying the flavour of good sparkling wine, cava, in the funniest version of it.

Preparation
Heat the water and the sugar in a saucepan until you make a syrup. Set aside to cool.
Add the jelly and stir until well-combined.
Pour the cava into the mix, then incorporate some edible gold dust.
Thread the grapes on a skewer stick, fill the cocktail glasses with the cava mix, and place the grapes inside. Try to leave one of them out of the cava.
Place it in the fridge for a few hours until ready.
When ready, take the cava jelly from the fridge and sprinkle the gold dust all over to make it shine even more on New Year's Eve.
