Description
Witch cocktail, a magic cocktail pretty good for this season. With some Halloween flavour and colours inspired by our new Infinity G1 kitchen, a unique design for a unique space.
Ingredients

Water
100 ml
Sugar
100 g
Ice
Angostura
5 ml
Black vodka
100 ml
Blackberry liquor
120 ml
Lime

To garnish:
Blackberries
Cocktail copper glitter
Preparation

Cook the syrup with water and sugar by bringing them to a boil and thickening the mix. Set aside to cool.

Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake. Pour the drink into glasses.

Top each glass with some blackberry skewers, previously coloured with copper glitter. Serve.
Chef's tip
Serve by coating some blackberries in copper food colouring, making skewers with three of them, and placing them on the top of each cocktail glass.
