Description
Quinoa is the queen of the ingredients in every recipe where it takes part. This seed has earned its reputation among the healthiest foods until becoming a superfood. And therefore, there are many ingredients which want to share a dish with it... so, in our latest production, we have sweet potato and the always welcomed grated cheese to co-starring this recipe.

Preparation
Place in a large bowl sweet potato purée and add boiled quinoa and grated cheese. Smash and mix with a fork until all the ingredients are well combined.
Shape some small balls with your hands. Wet your hands with water to make it easier.
Heat a skillet with some olive oil and fry the bites for a minute on both sides.
Serve with some yoghurt sauce and lettuce or other veggie leaves.
