We're sure you've already begun your Halloween preparations and have a few empty pumpkins ready to be turned into a bright ornament for your party. Although you may be wondering: What to do with all the flesh inside?
Ingredients

Hazelnuts
																		50 g
								Garlic powder
																		1 g
								Salt
																		1 g
								Nutmeg
																		1 g
								Olive oil for the sauce
																		100 ml
								Olive oil to sauté the pumpkin
																		Macaroni integrals
																		80 g
								Pumpkin
																		70 g
								Ricotta
																		10 g
								Basil leaves

									Process hazelnuts with garlic powder, salt, nutmeg and olive oil in a mixing glass.

									On the other hand, boil the pasta in plenty of salt water. Meanwhile, sauté the pumpkin with a good stream of olive oil.

									When the pasta is ready, mix it with the pumpkin.

									Add the hazelnut sauce and a tablespoon of the pasta cooking water.

									Remove well and serve. Add a few tablespoons of ricotta cheese and some basil leaves.
