Olives seasoned with flavors of Tuscany
Olives are an excellent accompaniment to cold drinks or beer. No doubt, they are the protagonists of many appetizers. But that doesn't mean we should fall into monotony. We can take risks on these kinds of dishes too. Therefore, we propose an original olive dressing inspired by the flavours of Italian Tuscany.

In a bowl, mix the olives, pickles and onions with the oregano, thyme, chopped rosemary, tomato sauce and lemon peel.
Put the olives in a pan with oil for a few minutes.
Finally, add the chopped garlic and lemon juice. Cook a few more minutes and then remove from the heat.
You can eat them both hot and cold. They can be kept in the refrigerator for a long time and as the days go by they become more tasty.
