Dutch baby pancake
Hopefully, one day we will be able to smell through the pictures we see. So you can enjoy the smell that fills the kitchen after taking this delicious dutch baby pancake out of the oven. Yes, the name is scary, and it may seem like a laborious recipe. But it's as simple as making a giant pancake, and baking it in an iron pan. Then, you just have to combine it with the ingredients you prefer and that's it. It's common to find many sweet recipes, but this time we wanted to give it a salty touch as if it were a crêpe, and the result is spectacular.

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor for our pancake: flour, milk, eggs, chopped rosemary, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the pan or mold inside the oven.
After 30 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and grease with butter before pouring the batter into it.
Bake until the pancake is golden brown and puffed.
Drain mozzarella, dry with paper towel and place it on the pancake with sliced tomato.
Add oregano, a rosemary twig, and serve right away.
