Pizza is the star of Friday night, and Saturday night, Sunday, and even some Mondays or Tuesdays... ok, pizza is perfect anytime, it doesn't matter when, that's a fact. But we want to dress pizza with something and pay tribute to this meal. For so many hours of happiness for our stomachs.
That's why today we cook... the star pizza! (applause).

Preparation
Spread one of the pizza bases on parchment paper and cover with a tablespoon of tomato sauce, without reaching the edge. Place a small pile of grated cheese in the center and, around it, three slices of ham. Sprinkle with more grated cheese.
Place another pizza base on top, gently pressing around the center to form a mound. Spread the rest of the tomato sauce over the surface, again without reaching the edge. Place another pile of grated cheese in the center and, around it, three more slices of ham. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.
Cover with the third pizza base and press the contour of the central mound again. Also press the contour of the pizza so that the three doughs adhere and even out the circle by cutting it out with a sharp knife.
Cut 12 portions, without reaching the center, and twist each one a couple of times. Brush the pizza with beaten egg and transfer to a metal tray.
Place in the oven, preheated to 220 ºC (heat top and bottom) and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately to enjoy the melting cheese on every edge of this star pizza.
