Hake en papillote
Today we cook hake with one of our favourite technique: en papillote.
It is an easy type of technique, fast and healthy, and it does not need any kind of special tools. You can prepare a lot of different recipes full of flavour. Because eating healthy does not mean say no to taste if you use the rich techniques to cook your dishes.
Servings for 1
Cut peppers into thin strips and set them aside.
Prepare the dressing by mixing fresh thyme, lemon zest and juice with a dash of olive oil and garlic. Stir with a whisk to emulsify.
Place pepper strips and the hake over a parchment paper sheet. Add salt and pepper.
Shape the papillote with other parchment paper sheet, sealing the edges.
Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
You can serve it in the parchment paper or place all the ingredients on a plate. Arrange the dish with a bit more of dressing, a fresh twig of thyme, and a lemon slice.
