Description

Why having just an ordinary cookie when you can have a giant one? Chocolate cookies are a baking tradition for children and adults. Welcomed anytime, they fill our kitchen with that special smell and they melt inside our mouth as they do with the vanilla ice-cream ball on the top of this awesome giant cookie.

Brown sugar

White sugar

Vanilla extract
Flour

Teaspoon of baking soda or yeast

Chocolate chips

Preparation

In a large bowl, stir the butter with sugar and the egg.

Add flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips, mix again.

Place the dough in an iron cast pan suitable for your oven and bake for 20 minutes at 170ºC. Serve with vanilla ice-cream.

Chef's tip

Serve the cookie in the pan, carefully, and put one vanilla ice-cream ball –or several– on the top when the cookie is still hot, and enjoy the show.
