There are many nights to share a romantic dinner with your significant other, but Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to prepare a cheese fondue with potato skewers, cherries, mushrooms, or any ingredient you can think of to enjoy a perfect dinner. Dry white wine
2 glasses
Gruyere cheese
200 g
Emmental cheese
200 g
Gouda cheese
200 g
Cornstarch
2 tablespoons
Kirsch
4 tablespoons
Grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic clove

Pepper
Bread and accompaniments

Preparation

Rub the inside of the pot with the garlic clove .

Add the wine, kirsch and cheeses and melt.

When melted, add cornstarch.

With a wooden spoon, mix well, stirring regularly following the 8 number pattern.

Add pepper to taste and serve with the accompaniments you like.
