Cava and raspberry slush
One of our favorite moments of the Christmas dinner is when we toast. That moment in which all your loved ones wait with their glass raised for a new Christmas purpose full of emotion. In our Christmas toast, we just want to thank you for another year of helping us create unforgettable moments in the kitchen. And to celebrate with all of you and put the finishing touch to our Christmas Menu, we give you this recipe to prepare Raspberry and Champagne Sorbet.
Servings for 1
Wash raspberries and freeze them.
Once they froze, grind the raspberries with honey and champagne in a food processor.
Serve sorbet in a cup with mint leaves. Enjoy!
