Is there anything funnier and more delicious than coloured pancakes? We don’t think so. An easy recipe to boost creativity of the little ones and to draw a smile on dads’ faces.
A very good idea to prepare a breakfast full of colour or for a light and sweet meal in the afternoon, together with family. Just gather all the ingredients, let your imagination run to cook these pancakes and serve with chocolate, whipped cream or any other ingredients you choose.

Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs and milk into it. Whisk everything until all the lumps are dissolved and you get a smooth dough.
Cut the dough into four different bowls. Add different food coloring in every bowl but save one, we will keep the original dough here. Choose the colour you like the most and mix.
Store the rest of the food coloring in squeeze bottles.
Turn on a non-stick griddle, low, and melt some butter or olive oil on it.
Draw your favourite shapes with your kids on the griddle, using all the colours. When one of the sides is done, flip it over until the other side is ready too, it will just take a few minutes.
Serve with chocolate, cream, honey or any kind of topping you may like. Cook with the little ones so you can have fun together cooking and creating art with this yummy recipe.
