Many of you are fulfilling your list of purposes for the new normal. At the top of the list were those long-awaited meals with family and friends. For those of you who miss those meals, here's a recipe for steak cooked in our new SteakMaster oven. It's possible to prepare a steak in your kitchen with that flavour of a Sunday meal with the ones you love. Medium, medium well or well done, what's the perfect degree of meat doneness for you?

Preparation
Place the T-bone in the oven for 20 minutes to bring it to room temperature.
Take the meat out of the oven and choose the pre-set program for the piece you need to cook, based on the thickness and doneness of the piece of meat.
Pre-heat the oven for 15 minutes and place the meat in the cast iron grid.
Cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Turn it and bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds more.
Take the meat out of the oven and cut.
Spread some salt to taste and serve on a large plate with grilled asparagus and potatoes.
