Spicy Pasta

Cook the pasta in a pot of water while in a  pan with oil you fry the

pepper, onion, cayenne pepper, spinach and garlic.

When it is golden, add the tomato sauce and let it cook for about 5

minutes at medium-low heat.

Strain the pasta once it is cooked and mix it with the sauce.

Soybean Steaks

Soak the steaks in boiling water or vegetable broth for about 15 minutes until they begin to soften.

In a bowl mix the garlic, paprika, salt and breadcrumbs.

Drain the steaks and coat them with this mixture.

Sauté for a minute until golden.

Waffles

In a glass add the hot milk, the yeast and a pinch of sugar to activate the yeast. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix the flour, the sugar, with the milk and the yeast mixture and the linen and water mixture.

Mix well and add the margarine, vanilla and pearl sugar.

Stir until everything is well integrated and let it rest for an hour until it doubles in size, covered with a cloth.

After that hour, turn on your waffle iron, and when it is hot, add a little of the dough. Let it stand for about 4 minutes until they are well browned.

You can keep the remaining dough in the freezer.
