Ent\u00e3o, vamos a outro menu semanal, e desta vez com sobremesa inclu\u00edda.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<h3>Croquetes de heura<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ch\u00e1venas de heura<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate<\/li>\n<li>1 cebola pequena ou 1\/2 cebola grande, picada<\/li>\n<li>1 dente de alho<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de farinha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bolonhesa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 peda\u00e7o de courgette, em cubos<\/li>\n<li>1 dente de alho, picado<\/li>\n<li>1 cebola, picada<\/li>\n<li>Peda\u00e7o de pimento verde, em cubos<\/li>\n<li>1 cenoura, em cubos<\/li>\n<li>1 ch\u00e1vena de polpa de tomate crua<\/li>\n<li>Um peda\u00e7o de br\u00f3colos, em cubos<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 ch\u00e1vena de vinho<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de ervilhas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Massa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ch\u00e1vena de massa (de gr\u00e3o-de-bico, por exemplo)<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates<\/li>\n<li>Um molho de espinafres<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ch\u00e1vena de gr\u00e3o-de-bico cozido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cuscuz<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ch\u00e1vena de cuscuz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tofu<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Um bloco de tofu (aproximadamente 250 gramas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quinoa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ch\u00e1vena de quinoa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11064 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ing-BC6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Croquetes de heura<\/h2>\n<p>Adicione \u00f3leo numa frigideira e, de seguida, a heura congelada, o alho e a cebola. Triture tudo at\u00e9 formar uma pasta e coloque num prato coberto com pel\u00edcula aderente no frigor\u00edfico durante cerca de meia hora.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s esse tempo, fa\u00e7a bolinhas com as m\u00e3os, dando forma de croquetes.<\/p>\n<p>Na mesma frigideira com um pouco mais de \u00f3leo, frite as croquetes at\u00e9 que fiquem bem douradas.<\/p>\n<h2>Bolonhesa (para esparguete e cuscuz)<\/h2>\n<p>Numa frigideira com um pouco de \u00f3leo, adicione a courgette, o pimento verde, a cenoura e os br\u00f3colos e deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos. Adicione a cebola e o alho e mexa.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez que a cebola e o alho estejam dourados, adicione as ervilhas e a polpa de tomate.<\/p>\n<p>Adicione o vinho e deixe cozinhar em lume m\u00e9dio-baixo durante cerca de dez minutos. Adicione um pouco de \u00e1gua, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<h2>Cuscuz<\/h2>\n<p>Bolonhesa previamente cozinhada (a gosto)<\/p>\n<p>Usando uma chaleira ou uma panela com \u00e1gua, ponha a ferver.
