Bom proveito!<\/p>\n<h3>Cubos de tofu panado<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 embalagem de Tofu fumado<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 ch\u00e1vena de farinha<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ch\u00e1vena de p\u00e3o ralado<\/li>\n<li>pitada de Sal<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de Alho em p\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de Piment\u00e3o picante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hamb\u00fargueres de falafel<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ch\u00e1vena de Gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>Um pouco de salsa<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebola<\/li>\n<li>1 dente de alho<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de farinha<\/li>\n<li>Um pouco de espinafres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>R\u00facula com tomates<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ch\u00e1vena de r\u00facula<\/li>\n<li>Alguns tomates cherry<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de azeite<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de vinagre Corte os tomates cherry e misture todos os ingredientes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Massa de espinafres caseira<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Um molho de espinafres<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 ch\u00e1vena de \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>400g de farinha<\/li>\n<li>uma pitada de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Gnocchi com molho de tomate<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 batata<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ch\u00e1vena de farinha (orientativo)<\/li>\n<li>pitada de sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 ch\u00e1vena de molho de tomate<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de vinho<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebola<\/li>\n<li>1 dente de alho<\/li>\n<li>Salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10918 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/post-ingredientes-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Cubos de tofu panado<\/h2>\n<p>Corte o tofu fumado em cubos.<\/p>\n<p>Numa ta\u00e7a, misture a farinha com um pouco de \u00e1gua e molhe o tofu nela.<\/p>\n<p>Depois, misture sal, p\u00e3o ralado, alho e piment\u00e3o picante noutra ta\u00e7a e passe o tofu por esta mistura.<\/p>\n<p>Frite numa frigideira at\u00e9 dourar.<\/p>\n<h2>Hamb\u00fargueres de falafel<\/h2>\n<p>Deixe os gr\u00e3os-de-bico de molho durante cerca de 8 horas (ou cerca de 15 minutos com \u00e1gua a ferver).<\/p>\n<p>Triture todos os ingredientes at\u00e9 formar uma massa. Fa\u00e7a bolinhas com as m\u00e3os, dando-lhes forma de hamb\u00farguer, e frite em \u00f3leo at\u00e9 dourarem.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00facula com tomates<\/h2>\n<p>Misture todos os ingredientes at\u00e9 formar uma massa. Corte-a em pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es e guarde as sobras no frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Amasse uma pequena por\u00e7\u00e3o com as m\u00e3os e passe-a pelo rolo da m\u00e1quina (tamb\u00e9m pode usar um rolo manual, mas d\u00e1 mais trabalho).<\/p>\n<p>Passe v\u00e1rias vezes, fechando o rolo para que a massa fique cada vez mais fina.<\/p>\n<p>Use um cortador ou faca para fazer tagliatelle. Deixe repousar uns minutos para secar e cozinhe numa panela com \u00e1gua e sal durante alguns minutos.<\/p>\n<h3>Gnocchi com molho de tomate<\/h3>\n<p>Coza a batata numa panela com \u00e1gua durante cerca de 20 minutos at\u00e9 amolecer. Deixe arrefecer e retire a pele.<\/p>\n<p>Rale-a com um ralador e espalhe-a numa superf\u00edcie para arrefecer completamente durante 15 minutos enquanto prepara o molho de tomate.<\/p>\n<p>Corte a cebola e o dente de alho e refogue at\u00e9 dourarem. Adicione o molho de tomate e o vinho e deixe cozinhar em lume m\u00e9dio durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez que a batata esteja fria, v\u00e1 adicionando farinha aos poucos enquanto amassa com as m\u00e3os. Uma vez que consiga amassar sem que a massa se cole \u00e0s m\u00e3os (dependendo da humidade, ter\u00e1 de adicionar mais ou menos farinha), forme pequenos cilindros e corte-os em pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es de cerca de 2 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Pressione o gnocchi contra o garfo e fa\u00e7a-o girar de forma a criar um buraco no interior. Repita o processo com todas as por\u00e7\u00f5es de massa.<\/p>\n<p>Numa panela com \u00e1gua a ferver e sal, v\u00e1 colocando os gnocchis em pequenas quantidades.<\/p>\n<p>Assim que subirem \u00e0 superf\u00edcie da panela, retire-os e adicione mais gnocchis at\u00e9 terminar de cozinhar todos.<\/p>\n<p>Misture com o molho de tomate e decore com salsa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta semana, repetimos receitas de Batch Cooking vegano.
