Utilize um batedor de varas para combinar os ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>Misture as folhas de mesclun com o molho e coloque-as numa ta\u00e7a de salada.<\/p>\n<p>Decore com alguns gomos de laranja, tiras ou fatias de salm\u00e3o fumado, alguns cubos de queijo e polvilhe com am\u00eandoas picadas.<\/p>\n<h3>Salteado de vitela e legumes no wok<\/h3>\n<p>Misture o molho de soja, o vinagre de arroz e o \u00f3leo de s\u00e9samo para o molho e reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Coza os noodles em \u00e1gua com sal e reserve tamb\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Corte o pimento vermelho em tiras finas, salteie numa frigideira com um pouco de \u00f3leo e reserve para mais tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Tempere o bife de vitela com sal e pimenta, corte em tiras, salteie em lume forte at\u00e9 dourar. Adicione o pimento salteado, os noodles e o molho de soja.<\/p>\n<p>Cozinhe por alguns minutos at\u00e9 o molho engrossar e sirva com cebolinho picado como guarni\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3>Sandes de abacate e salm\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Descasque e corte o abacate em fatias finas e reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Pique o endro fresco e misture com o queijo creme.<\/p>\n<p>Toste as fatias de p\u00e3o e espalhe o queijo creme sobre elas. Adicione as fatias de abacate e o salm\u00e3o fumado.<\/p>\n<h3>Salteado de vitela e legumes no wok<\/h3>\n<p>Corte a courgette e a beringela em tiras finas, adicione sal e pimenta, e doure numa frigideira com \u00f3leo de ambos os lados at\u00e9 ficarem tenras.<\/p>\n<p>Corte o pimento vermelho em tiras grossas e sele tamb\u00e9m numa frigideira.<\/p>\n<p>Tempere o bife com sal e pimenta e cozinhe numa frigideira em lume forte at\u00e9 dourar.<\/p>\n<p>Sirva o bife com os legumes salteados e uma fatia de manteiga.<\/p>\n<h3>Bolachas de chocolate<\/h3>\n<p>Misture a manteiga com o a\u00e7\u00facar amarelo e branco. Adicione o ovo e a ess\u00eancia de baunilha. Bata com uma batedeira manual at\u00e9 que todos os ingredientes estejam bem combinados.<\/p>\n<p>Numa ta\u00e7a, misture a farinha, o fermento e o bicarbonato, e uma pitada de sal. Adicione isto \u00e0 massa anterior. Trabalhe a mistura at\u00e9 obter uma massa. Adicione ent\u00e3o as pepitas de chocolate.
