Todo el proceso puede llevarnos alrededor de 15 minutos en amasadora, as\u00ed que si haces la masa de tu pizza a mano recuerda que puedes tardar algo m\u00e1s.\",\"Dobla la masa de los extremos hacia el centro como formando un hatillo y cierra bien por la base para formar una especie de bola de masa muy bien cerrada y que no se nos escapen los gases de la fermentaci\u00f3n.\",\"Disp\u00f3n la bola en un tupper o recipiente untado de aceite y tapa bien con papel film. D\u00e9jala que \"duerma\" toda la noche en el frigor\u00edfico.\",\"Al d\u00eda siguiente saca la masa a mediod\u00eda y deja que leve a temperatura ambiente hasta las 20:00h. aproximadamente.
