Cuando rompa a hervir la retiramos del fuego y dejamos que la leche se temple y se vaya infusionando con las cortezas. "},{"paso":"Si tenemos tiempo, lo ideal es dejar toda la noche la leche con las cortezas dentro, y ya al d\u00eda siguiente hacer los paparajotes, pero es verdad que muchas veces vamos con prisas, en ese caso con dejar que se temple la leche ser\u00e1 suficiente y podremos continuar con la receta."},{"paso":"En un bol ponemos todos los ingredientes y comenzamos a echar la leche colada. Trabajamos la masa con la ayuda de unas varillas y vamos a\u00f1adiendo la leche seg\u00fan vayamos viendo la consistencia de la masa. Seg\u00fan el tipo de harina, admitir\u00e1 toda la leche o podr\u00e1 necesitar algo m\u00e1s o algo menos. Nos debe quedar una masa muy lisa y algo densa para que se adhiera bien a las hojas de limonero y nos quede una capa gordita."},{"paso":"Una vez lista la masa, cogemos cada hoja por el rabito y la sumergimos en la masa. Fre\u00edmos en abundante aceite vigilando que no se nos quemen las hojas y procurando que queden bien doradas por ambos lados.
