Bueno, ahora con el low cost es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil. El caso es que si enamoran hasta ese punto, qu\u00e9 no har\u00e1n estas ensaimadas por ti en una cita y, encima, caseras. As\u00ed ligan los isle\u00f1os. En un d\u00eda fr\u00edo que la masa nos doble nos puede tardar alrededor de 4 horas, as\u00ed que \u00a1paciencia!"},{"paso":"Una vez veamos la masa doblada continuamos con la receta. Dividimos la masa en 6 piezas y las boleamos. Tapamos las bolas formadas con un trapo limpio y dejamos que repose 15 minutos antes de continuar."},{"paso":"Para que nos queden unas ensaimadas bien ricas es importante estirar la masa lo m\u00e1s fina posible sin que se rompa. Sobre una superficie de madera un poquito aceitada nos resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo realizar el estirado de la masa. La estiraremos con forma de rect\u00e1ngulo y la embadurnamos generosamente con la manteca de cerdo (recuerda sacarla de la nevera para que est\u00e9 blandita y se unte con facilidad). Una vez bien untada toda la superficie del rect\u00e1ngulo podremos estirarla incluso un poco m\u00e1s."},{"paso":"Una vez bien estirada procedemos a enrollar la masa por la parte m\u00e1s ancha hasta enrollarla por completo y formar un bast\u00f3n. Si queremos rellenarlas de sobrasada, pondremos un poco de sobrasada a lo largo de todo el borde superior del rect\u00e1ngulo de masa y procedemos a enrollar del modo explicado anteriormente."},{"paso":"Dejamos reposar los bastones unos 10 minutos y una vez reposados intentamos estirarlos un poquito m\u00e1s. Con cuidado de que no se desgarren iremos agregandolos simplemente dej\u00e1ndolos caer entre nuestras manos por su propio peso."},{"paso":"Una vez alargados los bastones y sobre una bandeja de horno, formaremos las espirales cuidando que quede espacio entre cada vuelta para que la ensaimada tenga espacio para crecer y procurando guardar el \u201crabito\u201d final debajo de la propia ensaimada para esconderlo y que nos queden unas ensaimadas bien formadas."},{"paso":"Ahora solo nos queda dejar reposar las ensaladas (no hace falta taparlas) unas 12 horas en un lugar libre de corrientes de aire y no muy fr\u00edo. \u00a1Dentro del horno apagado pasar\u00e1n una noche genial!"},{"paso":"Pasadas las 12 horas, calienta el horno a 190\u00ba y hornea las ensaimadas con calor arriba y abajo durante unos 16 minutos."},{"paso":"Espolvorea generosamente con az\u00facar glass y disfruta en casa de unas aut\u00e9nticas ensaimadas mallorquinas."}],"chefs_advice":"<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recuerda que en verano la fermentaci\u00f3n puede acortarse, por lo que a lo mejor es interesante reducir un poco la cantidad de levadura. \u00a1Con las ensaimadas cuanto m\u00e1s larga sea la
