mantequilla). A\u00f1adimos la harina a todo lo anterior y comenzamos a amasar con las manos o con la ayuda de nuestro robot de cocina. Simplemente tenemos que integrar los ingredientes hasta formar una bola y dejar que repose unos 15 minutos tapada con papel film para poder seguir con la receta."},{"paso":"Pasados los 15 minutos a\u00f1adimos la mantequilla en punto de pomada, para que sea m\u00e1s sencillo integrarla en la masa, y amasamos hasta obtener una masa lisa y homog\u00e9nea. Formamos una bola y dejamos que leve hasta doblar su volumen inicial. Puede tardar alrededor de 2 horas e incluso algo m\u00e1s si hace mucho fr\u00edo. Recuerda poner la masa en un lugar c\u00e1lido (unos 27\u00ba C) durante su fermentaci\u00f3n."},{"paso":"Con la masa ya fermentada y doblada de volumen, volcamos en la superficie de trabajo, desgasificamos un poco y dividimos en 8 piezas de igual tama\u00f1o. Boleamos las piezas para crear tensi\u00f3n y que se formen bien bonitas en el horno, y volvemos a dejar que fermenten por segunda vez, bien tapadas para que no formen costra y en un lugar c\u00e1lido y libre de corrientes. Esta segunda fermentaci\u00f3n suele ser algo m\u00e1s corta, unos 60 minutos aproximadamente. Pero siempre nos guiaremos viendo que las piezas hayan doblado el volumen. "},{"paso":"Mientras tanto podemos ir haciendo la cobertura de caf\u00e9: disolvemos en el agua el caf\u00e9 soluble y reservamos. Con la ayuda de unas varillas integramos la mantequilla con el az\u00facar y vamos incorporando el resto de ingredientes, terminando con la harina tamizada y el caf\u00e9 disuelto en agua del principio. Obtendremos una especie de crema lisa y de aspecto sedoso. Reservamos."},{"paso":"Precalentamos el horno a 180\u00ba C."},{"paso":"Cuando las piezas hayan fermentado y justo antes de hornear es el momento de cubrirlas con la cobertura de caf\u00e9. Para cubrirlas nos ayudaremos de una manga pastelera e iremos dibujando una espiral con la cobertura sobre cada bollo hasta cubrir la mitad de \u00e9ste aproximadamente. No es necesario cubrir el bollito entero, ya que con el calor del horno la cobertura se expandir\u00e1 y lo cubrir\u00e1 por completo."},{"paso":"Hornearemos los coffe buns durante unos 25-30 minutos
