Para ello trituramos las galletas y las nueces y las mezclamos con la margarina fundida hasta conseguir una masa moldeable."},{"paso":"Esta masa la colocamos de manera uniforme en la base de un molde circular y desmontable de 15 cm de di\u00e1metro aproximadamente, que habremos forrado previamente con papel vegetal."},{"paso":"Mientras hacemos el relleno precalentamos el horno a 180o con calor por arriba y abajo."},{"paso":"Colocamos los anacardos hidratados en la batidora de vaso junto con la crema de coco, el queso crema vegano, la maicena, la vainilla, el sirope de agave, el aceite de coco, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y el jugo de lim\u00f3n."},{"paso":"Esta mezcla la pasamos a una cazuela y calentamos a potencia medio-alta sin dejar de remover hasta que consigamos una textura muy cremosa y suave."},{"paso":"En este punto podemos probar y ajustar el sabor al gusto con m\u00e1s endulzante, vainilla o zumo de lim\u00f3n."},{"paso":"Vertemos el relleno en el molde y horneamos entre 50-60 minutos."},{"paso":"Sacamos y dejamos que enfr\u00ede completamente antes de desmoldar."},{"paso":"Decoramos con una capa de mermelada de frambuesas y con frambuesas enteras."}],"chefs_advice":"Para hacer el queso de relleno es aconsejable dejar los anacardos en remojo durante 2-3 horas.
