Verter el caldo de pollo,  salpimentar y remover. Subir el fuego para dejar que hierva y despu\u00e9s bajarlo para que se cocine poco a poco, durante el doble del tiempo que indique en el envase. Incorporar dos cucharadas del orzo para que los huevos se vayan atemperando, e incorporar tambi\u00e9n casi todo del guanciale cocinado, reservando un poco para decorar. "},{"paso":"Mezclar hasta juntar bien todos los ingredientes,  verter la mezcla a la sart\u00e9n y remover poco a poco hasta que quede cremoso.
