En ese momento, a\u00f1adimos los guisantes, las espinacas y rehogamos todo un par de minutos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vertemos el caldo de verduras, salpimentamos y cocemos el conjunto durante 20 minutos. Trituramos en un vaso batidor y mientras se tritura, a\u00f1adimos poco a poco la leche de coco para que tenga textura cremosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servimos y decoramos con almendras, pipas, unas pocas semillas de ch\u00eda y una ramita de cilantro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Salteado de pollo con jud\u00edas y s\u00e9samo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Limpiamos y cortamos las jud\u00edas en porciones similares y las cocemos en agua hirviendo con sal durante 5 minutos. Escurrimos y enfriamos en agua fr\u00eda o agua con hielo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortamos tambi\u00e9n en dados las pechugas de pollo, salpimentamos y cocinamos a fuego medio-alto en una sart\u00e9n amplia con aceite de s\u00e9samo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se tuesten por fuera, vertemos la salsa de soja, las jud\u00edas cocidas y dejamos reducir por completo hasta que las jud\u00edas tambi\u00e9n cojan color tostado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servimos y decoramos con chile cortado en l\u00e1minas y semillas de s\u00e9samo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Calabac\u00edn gratinado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavamos y cortamos el calabac\u00edn en rodajas de 1,5 cm de grosor aproximadamente y lo extendemos en una bandeja de horno con papel vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rociamos un poco de aceite de oliva por encima, salpimentamos y horneamos durante 15 minutos a 190 \u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubrimos con una capa de cebolla caramelizada, otra de queso rallado y volvemos a hornear durante 5 minutos a la misma temperatura, o hasta que se derrita el queso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortamos el chorizo en peque\u00f1os c\u00edrculos con ayuda de un molde y seguimos horneando durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Los servimos junto al salm\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smoothie de remolacha y naranja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el smoothie, cortamos las remolachas cocidas en porciones, pelamos y cortamos tambi\u00e9n el pl\u00e1tano y exprimimos la naranja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colocamos los ingredientes anteriores en un vaso batidor, a\u00f1adimos los ar\u00e1ndanos y trituramos el conjunto durante 3 minutos o hasta conseguir una textura cremosa y homog\u00e9nea.
