Aunque generalmente se suelen cocinar entre 65\u00b0 y 85\u00b0. Una vez envasado el alimento, puedes cocinarlo al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda con termostato o en tu horno a vapor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Cooking-in-a-pot.jpg\" alt=\"Cacerola de color rojo puesta al fuego cocinando mientras una mano levanta la tapa\" class=\"wp-image-6729\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cada cosa a su tiempo y a su temperatura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No todos los alimentos necesitan el mismo tiempo de cocci\u00f3n, ni la misma temperatura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Las <strong>verduras, frutas y hortalizas<\/strong>, es lo que m\u00e1s temperatura necesita (100\u00b0), pero no requieren un tiempo m\u00e1s elevado al habitual en su cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Las <strong>carnes blancas, aves y algunos pescados<\/strong> pueden ser cocinados a 85-90\u00b0, y un poco m\u00e1s de la mitad del tiempo de cocci\u00f3n normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Las <strong>carnes rojas, los a<a href=\"https:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/es\/receta\/sandwich-de-entrecot-provolone-y-cebolla-caramelizada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sados<\/a> y los salteados<\/strong> son los que menos temperatura necesitan. 70\u00b0 ser\u00e1 suficiente. Eso s\u00ed, necesitar\u00e1 el doble de tiempo del habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, las envasadoras al vac\u00edo se han convertido en una parte m\u00e1s de los electrodom\u00e9sticos cotidianos y podemos sacarles el m\u00e1ximo partido de varias formas. Nos ayudan a planificar y conservar lo alimentos de una forma mucho m\u00e1s operativa, pudiendo envasar tanto alimentos cocinados como crudos. Los alimentos se conservan durante m\u00e1s tiempo, evitamos la <strong>contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada <\/strong>y mantenemos mejor sus <strong>propiedades<\/strong> y <strong>sabor<\/strong>.
