Especialmente ahora donde parece que pasamos de un fr\u00edo de 5 grados a un sol espl\u00e9ndido de 20 en cuesti\u00f3n de horas, mantener nuestro cuerpo a tono es fundamental. As\u00ed que hoy repasamos algunos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/es-es\/inspiracion\/recetas-y-gastronomia\/alimentos-de-temporada-en-primavera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">b\u00e1sicos de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/a> para preparar al cuerpo de cara a la llegada del calorcito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparando la piel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso de que somos lo que comemos no puede ser m\u00e1s cierto. De ah\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el auge de las llamadas dietas d\u00e9tox. El cuerpo necesita prepararse para la nueva estaci\u00f3n limpiando un poco el organismo. No hace falta hacer dietas de la alcachofa: basta con ser un poco conscientes de que una alimentaci\u00f3n &nbsp;un poco m\u00e1s depurativa durante unos d\u00edas nos ayudar\u00e1 a eliminar toxinas acumuladas. Como vuelve la temporada de platos templados, ensaladas y pokes, aprovecha todo lo que te tienen que ofrecer aceites m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del maravilloso aceite de oliva en forma de ali\u00f1o. S\u00e9samo, semillas de lino, ch\u00eda, c\u00e1\u00f1amo, amapola\u2026 tienen Omega3, mucha fibra y nutrientes que le vienen fenomenal al organismo. Lo de beber 2 litros al d\u00eda, pensamos que tambi\u00e9n depende de cada cuerpo y nos preguntamos seriamente si esta recomendaci\u00f3n vale lo mismo para todas las edades, todos los sexos y todos los kilogramos que tengas en el cuerpo. As\u00ed que una vez m\u00e1s, apelamos al sentido com\u00fan: bebe agua.
