Como ocurre al cocinar en una barbacoa, por ejemplo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ahumado en fr\u00edo, entre 10-30\u00b0. Este no cocina los alimentos, solo lo aromatiza. Se utiliza por ejemplo para ahumar quesos, o el salm\u00f3n crudo para sushi.
