Esto se utiliza principalmente para hacer caldos o pescados que requieran una coccio\u0301n lenta. Tambie\u0301n puedes hacerlo para cocer patatas peladas cuando quieras espesar unas lentejas o un guiso, ya que soltara\u0301 la fe\u0301cula.<\/p>\n<p>Cocer los alimentos <strong>cuando el agua est\u00e1 caliente.<\/strong> Esto consiste en sumergir los alimentos cuando el agua ya esta\u0301 cociendo, y esperar el tiempo necesario hasta que se cocinen. Este tiempo se empezara\u0301 a contar desde el momento en el que empiece a hervir el agua.
