Ya que prepararemos varios platos a la vez consiguiendo as\u00ed <strong>ahorrar tiempo sin perder ni una gota de sabor ni variedad. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esa es una de las muchas <strong>ventajas del Batch Cooking<\/strong>. En un solo d\u00eda es posible cocinar un men\u00fa semanal completo, combinando diferentes platos y controlando tu dieta.\u200b As\u00ed que ponte el delantal y prepara los tuppers, de las recetas ya nos encargamos nosotros.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<h3>Arroz tres delicias<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de arroz largo crudo (equivalencia: unas tres tazas de arroz cocido; para esta receta solonse usa 1 taza de arroz cocido)<\/li>\n<li>2 + 2\/3 de tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de harina de garbanzos + 2 cucharadas de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de ma\u00edz dulce<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de champi\u00f1ones, laminados<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de guisantes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 zanahoria, bien fina<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de heura<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de salsa de soja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Burgers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de arroz ya cocido<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de lentejas cocidas<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla, bien fina<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de pan rallado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tofu Rebozado<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de pan rallado<\/li>\n<li>Unas dos cucharadas de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n (o m\u00e1s)<\/li>\n<li>1 bloque de tofu (de unos 300 gramos)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de harina (de garbanzos o normal)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pasta<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de macarrones integrales<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de pasta sin gluten (o normal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tomate y Arroz<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lo que te haya sobrado de arroz (un poco menos de una taza)<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de tomate crudo<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo, picado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de lentejas cocidas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-67396\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-3.jpg\" alt=\"recetas batch cooking\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-3.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-3.jpg 300w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-3.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Arroz tres delicias<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Limpia el arroz pas\u00e1ndolo por un colador.<\/strong> En una olla, a\u00f1ade las dos tazas de arroz y el agua. Tapa la olla y cocina a fuego alto durante unos cinco minutos hasta que hierva. Luego baja el fuego y cocina otros cinco minutos m\u00e1s. Una vez pasados los cinco minutos apaga el fuego pero no quites la tapa. Lo ideal es dejarlo reposar una media hora sin abrir la tapa y con el fuego apagado, pero es totalmente opcional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mientras el arroz va reposando,<\/strong> en una sart\u00e9n cocina los champi\u00f1ones laminados, heura y la zanahoria troceada bien fina. Una vez est\u00e9 todo cocinado, ret\u00edralo del fuego.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En un bol mezcla la harina de garbanzos con agua.<\/strong> En la misma sart\u00e9n a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de aceite y, cuando est\u00e9 bien caliente, a\u00f1ade el ajo picado y seguidamente la mezcla de harina de garbanzos con agua (esto ser\u00e1 nuestra \u201ctortilla\u201d vegana) y mezcla bien con un tenedor. El aceite debe estar muy caliente para que quede como un revuelto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1ade una taza del arroz cocido previamente<\/strong> (guarda las otras 2 tazas para las siguientes recetas) y mezcla bien apretando el arroz para que se separe bien y pueda mezclarse con nuestra \u201ctortilla\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ahora es cuesti\u00f3n de a\u00f1adir<\/strong> los champi\u00f1ones, zanahoria, guisantes, ma\u00edz, salsa de soja y heura. Mezclar todo bien y listo.<\/p>\n<h2>Burgers<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite y a fuego medio-bajo<\/strong>, pon la cebolla cortada en l\u00e1minas finas y remueve un poco hasta que todas las l\u00e1minas de cebolla queden impregnadas con el aceite. Deja que se cocine por unos 15 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 caramelizada. Remueve a menudo para evitar que se queme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En un bol grande mezcla el arroz y las lentejas<\/strong>, a\u00f1ade la cebolla caramelizada y un poco de sal al gusto. Tritura un poco con una batidora y a\u00f1ade el pan rallado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mezcla con una cuchara hasta que el pan rallado se haya integrado<\/strong> y con la ayuda de las manos haz bolitas. Apl\u00e1stalas para dar forma de hamburguesa y si es necesario a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s pan rallado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la sart\u00e9n,<\/strong> a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de aceite si lo necesitas y cocina cada hamburguesa por un par de minutos hasta que est\u00e9n doraditas por ambos lados.<\/p>\n<h2>Tofu Rebozado<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Antes que nada, con un papel de cocina, seca el tofu<\/strong> para eliminar el m\u00e1ximo contenido de agua posible. C\u00f3rtalo en tiras de 1 cm de grosor aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En un bol, mezcla la harina con un poco de agua<\/strong> hasta que no queden grumos y en otro bol mezcla el pan rallado, el ajo en polvo, el piment\u00f3n y la sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reboza las tiras de tofu<\/strong> primero con la mezcla de agua y harina y luego con la mezcla del pan rallado. Utiliza una mano para pasar las tiras al primer bol, y la otra mano para pasarlas al segundo bol y as\u00ed es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una vez tengas todas las tiras de tofu rebozadas,<\/strong> pon a calentar una sart\u00e9n con bastante aceite. Fr\u00ede todas las tiras hasta que est\u00e9n bien doraditas y ret\u00edralas del fuego.<\/p>\n<h2>Pasta<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pon agua a hervir y a\u00f1ade los macarrones.<\/strong> Cocina unos 10-15 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n al dente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la misma olla, cocina la pasta sin gluten<\/strong> por unos 10-15 minutos<\/p>\n<h2>Tomate y Arroz<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En una sart\u00e9n, con un poco de aceite,<\/strong> a\u00f1ade el ajo picado y espera a que dore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1ade la salsa de tomate<\/strong> y las lentejas y deja que se cocine todo unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El men\u00fa semanal que vamos a cocinar hoy nos encanta porque se cocina a lo grande.
