Tendr\u00e1s listos terror\u00edficos adornos para tu fiesta y una deliciosa crema de calabaza al mismo tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00e9 a vosotros, pero esto del Batch Cooking nos est\u00e1 creando adicci\u00f3n semana tras semana \u00a1son todo ventajas!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<h3>Burgers de calabac\u00edn<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de ma\u00edz dulce<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Crema de calabaza<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 calabaza<\/li>\n<li>2 patatas peque\u00f1as<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 mandarina (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de agua o caldo vegetal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risotto<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 + 1\/2 taza de arroz<\/li>\n<li>1 manojo de perejil<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de setas (de las que m\u00e1s te gusten, en esta receta usaremos 1 taza)<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de guisantes<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>Unas tres tazas de caldo vegetal<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, bien picada<\/li>\n<li>(Opcional) 2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Boniato al horno<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 boniato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Espaguetis de calabac\u00edn<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Setas con ajo<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza preparada para el Risotto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-67580\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/batch-cooking-ingredientes.png\" alt=\"batch cooking teka\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/batch-cooking-ingredientes.png 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/batch-cooking-ingredientes.png 300w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/batch-cooking-ingredientes.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Burgers de calabac\u00edn<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Lava y ralla todo el calabac\u00edn<\/strong> (puedes rallarlo con la piel o sin). Anade el calabac\u00edn rallado en un bol y espolvorea un poco de sal. Mezcla un poco con las manos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deja reposar durante unos minutos para que suelte el agua<\/strong>. Pasados unos minutos retira el agua sobrante y con la ayuda de un papel de cocina, retira el resto de agua sobrante apretando un poco. Tambi\u00e9n puedes ponerlo en un colador y apretar con las manos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1ade el ma\u00edz y el ajo en polvo<\/strong> y mezcla con las manos hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien integrado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tritura un poco con una trituradora<\/strong> para que todos los ingredientes se junten m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente y poder dar forma de hamburguesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forma bolas,<\/strong> apl\u00e1stalas un poco con las manos y ya tendr\u00e1s la forma de burger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En una sart\u00e9n,<\/strong> a\u00f1ade un poco de aceite y cuando est\u00e9 bien caliente, a\u00f1ade las burgers. Espera a que doren por ambos lados y ret\u00edralas del fuego.<\/p>\n<h2>Crema de calabaza<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En una olla<\/strong> pon aceite, a\u00f1ade cebolla y ajo picado y cocina hasta que dore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1ade la calabaza y la patata en trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/strong> Deja que se cocine por un par de minutos y a\u00f1ade una taza de agua o m\u00e1s dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la calabaza. Si es peque\u00f1a con un vaso es suficiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deja que hierva a fuego medio<\/strong> durante una media hora si ves que necesita un poco m\u00e1s de agua, a\u00f1ade poco a poco<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasado ese tiempo trit\u00faralo<\/strong> hasta obtener una crema y a\u00f1ade el zumo de una mandarina.<\/p>\n<h2>Risotto<\/h2>\n<p><strong>En una olla,<\/strong> a\u00f1ade las setas con un poco de aceite, ajo picado y perejil y cocina a fuego medio durante unos minutos. Ret\u00edralo del fuego. Una taza ser\u00e1 para el risotto. Reserva la otra taza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la misma olla,<\/strong> con un poco m\u00e1s de aceite, a\u00f1ade la cebolla picada, sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luego a\u00f1ade el arroz y el vino blanco y espera a que reduzca.<\/strong> Ve a\u00f1adiendo el caldo poco a poco. Removiendo para evitar que el arroz se pegue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deja que se cocine un cuarto de hora aproximadamente.<\/strong> A\u00f1ade los guisantes, la taza de setas y m\u00e1s perejil. Si ves que necesitas m\u00e1s caldo, a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h2>Boniato al horno<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pela y limpia el boniato<\/strong> y c\u00f3rtalo en tiras del tama\u00f1o que desees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hornea a 200\u00baC<\/strong> durante media hora aproximadamente (depende del tama\u00f1o en que lo hayas cortado y del horno)<\/p>\n<h2>Espaguetis de calabac\u00edn<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Limpia bien el calabac\u00edn<\/strong> (o puedes pelarlo). Usando un rallador especial para hacer espaguetis de calabac\u00edn, r\u00e1llalo hasta obtener los espaguetis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solo tienes que apretar el calabac\u00edn<\/strong> dando vueltas como sacar punta a un l\u00e1piz y ya tendr\u00e1s los espaguetis listos.<\/p>\n<h2>Setas con ajo<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Solo tendr\u00e1s que cocinarlas para el Risotto<\/strong> y reservar una taza para comer como guarnici\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Que aprovechar los domingos para cocinar las recetas de toda la semana nos permite ahorrar tiempo, lo tenemos claro.
