A\u00f1ade los ingredientes l\u00edquidos al primer bol y mezcla todo muy bien.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Refrigera la masa<\/strong> unos minutos mientras precalientas el horno a 175\u00baC<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Haz peque\u00f1as bolas<\/strong> con la masa y reb\u00f3zalas con el az\u00facar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Ponlas separadas en la bandeja de horno<\/strong> con papel de hornear y hornea durante unos 10 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ensalada de Quinoa<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lava y corta las verduras<\/strong> bien finas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En una sart\u00e9n sofr\u00edelas<\/strong> con un poco de aceite mientras la quinoa se cocina en una olla con agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Una vez la quinoa est\u00e9 cocida,<\/strong> a\u00f1\u00e1dela a la sart\u00e9n junto con las verduras. A\u00f1ade sal y mezcla.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Seit\u00e1n rebozado<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Corta el seit\u00e1n en l\u00e1minas, reb\u00f3zalo con un poco de harina y sal y sofr\u00edelo hasta que dore en una sart\u00e9n con aceite.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Fricand\u00f3 de seit\u00e1n con setas<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Reboza las l\u00e1minas de seit\u00e1n en harina<\/strong> y sofr\u00edelos en una sart\u00e9n con aceite. S\u00e1calos de la sart\u00e9n cuando est\u00e9 doradito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En la misma sart\u00e9n sofr\u00ede la cebolla y el ajo bien picado<\/strong>. Cuando est\u00e9 dorada a\u00f1ade un poco de caldo vegetal y mezcla un poco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n la salsa de tomate y una cucharada de harina.<\/strong> Mezcla todo muy bien hasta que no haya grumos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Baja un poco el fuego y a\u00f1ade<\/strong> las setas, agua y vino blanco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Deja que se cocine a fuego medio-bajo<\/strong> durante unos 20 minutos aproximadamente con la tapa puesta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Mientras, en un mortero,<\/strong> machaca las avellanas y los picatostes y a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la sart\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n el seit\u00e1n<\/strong> y mezcla con cuidado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1ade una pizca de sal y deja que repose unos 5 minutos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Hummus<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Tritura todos los ingredientes<\/strong> en una batidora<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puedes servirlo<\/strong> con un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poco de piment\u00f3n dulce.<\/p>\n<h2>Pasta con setas<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cocina la pasta hasta que est\u00e9 al dente<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Mientras<\/strong>, a\u00f1ade aceite, ajo picado y las setas en una sart\u00e9n.
