style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 filetes de soja texturizada<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Agua o caldo vegetal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cucharada de ajo en polvo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cucharada de piment\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 taza de pan rallado<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span perlado<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Champi\u00f1ones salteados<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 taza de champi\u00f1ones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 diente de ajo, picado<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Smoothie verde<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 taza de espinacas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cucharadita de style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cocina la pasta<\/strong> en una olla con agua mientras en una sart\u00e9n con aceite sofr\u00edes el pimiento, la cebolla, las cayenas, espinacas y el ajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cuando est\u00e9 dorado<\/strong> a\u00f1ade la salsa de tomate y deja que se cocine por unos 5 minutos a fuego medio-bajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cuela la pasta<\/strong> una vez cocida y mezcla con la salsa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Filetes de soja rebozados<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Pon a remojar los filetes de soja\u00a0<\/strong>en agua hirviendo o caldo vegetal durante unos 15 minutos hasta que se ablanden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En un bol mezcla<\/strong> el ajo, piment\u00f3n, sal y el pan rallado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Escurre los filetes y reb\u00f3zalos<\/strong> con esta mezcla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Sofr\u00ede por un minutos<\/strong> hasta que doren.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Gofres<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En un vaso a\u00f1ade<\/strong> la leche caliente, la levadura y una pizca de az\u00facar para que la levadura se active. Deja que repose unos 5 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En un bol mezcla<\/strong> harina, az\u00facar, la mezcla de leche y levadura y la mezcla de lino y agua.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mezcla bien y a\u00f1ade la margarina, la vainilla y el az\u00facar perlado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Remueve hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien integrado<\/strong> y deja que repose una hora hasta que doble de tama\u00f1o, tapado con un trapo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Pasada esa hora, enciende tu gofrera,<\/strong> y cuando est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1ade un poco de la masa.
