O si necesitas bajar a comprar, tener claro qu\u00e9 ingredientes necesitar\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfDelantales listos? pues empezamos con un nuevo Batch Cooking<\/p>\n<h3>Patatas rellenas de ricotta y espinacas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7 patatas peque\u00f1as\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100g de ricotta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">30g de espinacas baby<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Queso rallado al gusto<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pimienta negra<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Salchichas a la jardinera<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">600g de salchichas de cerdo\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 ajo\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Cebolla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 zanahorias<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 patata mediana\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">12 vainas de guisantes frescos\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 cucharadas de tomate triturado<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cucharada de postre de tomate concentrado<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100ml de vino blanco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">500ml de agua<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pimienta negra<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Calamares a la plancha<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">500g de calamares limpios<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ralladura de lim\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un buen pu\u00f1ado de perejil fresco\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 ajos\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bulgur con verduras confitadas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bulgur<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Pimiento rojo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Pimiento verde<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 calabac\u00edn<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 berenjena<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cebolla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hierbas provenzales secas\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pimienta negra<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Yogur natural con ar\u00e1ndanos y quinoa inflada<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yogur natural griego sin az\u00facar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">115 g ar\u00e1ndanos frescos<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cucharada de az\u00facar moreno<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quinoa inflada<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-80895\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-1.jpg\" alt=\"recetas batch cooking\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-1.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-1.jpg 300w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-1.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Patatas rellenas de ricotta y espinacas<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cocemos las patatas<\/strong> en abundante agua con sal durante 25 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas. Las partimos por la mitad y las vaciamos sin llegar a romper la piel. Salpimentamos. Colocamos en una bandeja de horno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Echamos la patata<\/strong> que sacamos del centro en un bol junto a la ricotta y las espinacas picadas, mezclamos bien. Rellenamos las patatas previamente salpimentadas y cubrimos con queso rallado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Gratinamos<\/strong> en el horno durante 5-10 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Salchichas a la jardinera<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Pelamos y partimos en dados<\/strong> regulares las zanahorias y la patata. Los cocemos durante 12 minutos en un cazo con abundante agua. Escurrimos y reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En una sart\u00e9n<\/strong> echamos 3 cucharadas de aceite y doramos las salchichas. Reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En el mismo aceite<\/strong> <strong>sofre\u00edmos<\/strong> el ajo muy picado y la cebolla durante 5 minutos. Echamos el tomate concentrado y el tomate triturado y dejamos cocinar 10 minutos. Echamos el vino blanco y dejamos reducir a fuego fuerte 5 minutos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Incorporamos las salchichas<\/strong>, las zanahorias y las patatas y vertemos el agua. Cocinamos durante 15-20 minutos a fuego fuerte y 4 minutos antes de acabar el tiempo incorporamos los guisantes desgranados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Calamares a la plancha con gremolata<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Preparamos la gremolata,<\/strong> en un mortero echamos el ajo y un buen pu\u00f1ado de hojas de perejil fresco y machacamos. A continuaci\u00f3n incorporamos la ralladura de un lim\u00f3n y cubrimos con aceite de oliva virgen extra. Removemos y reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Salamos ligeramente los calamares<\/strong> enteros y los cocinamos a la plancha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Pintamos con la gremolata los calamares<\/strong> por ambas caras justo antes de servir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Bulgur con verduras confitadas<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Preparamos el bulgur<\/strong> seg\u00fan las indicaciones del fabricante y reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lavamos todas las verduras<\/strong> y las secamos, las cortamos en dados peque\u00f1os y regulares. Salpimentamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En una sart\u00e9n ponemos 3 cucharadas de aceite<\/strong> e incorporamos todas las verduras, aderezamos con hierbas provenzales. Dejamos cocinar a fuego medio-bajo hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas, unos 25 minutos aproximadamente. Subimos el fuego para que se doren un poquito durante 5 minutos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Servimos acompa\u00f1adas del bulgur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Yogur natural con ar\u00e1ndanos y quinoa inflada<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En un cazo<\/strong> echamos los ar\u00e1ndanos, el az\u00facar moreno y una cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n. Dejamos cocinar 10 minutos. Enfriamos y guardamos en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En el momento de comernos un yogur<\/strong> lo echamos en un tarro que podamos cerrar si es para llevar o echamos en un bol, agregamos un par de cucharadas de coulis y quinoa inflada.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una semana m\u00e1s, os traemos nuestra planificaci\u00f3n del men\u00fa semanal.
