style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Llenamos la olla de agua<\/strong> hasta que llegue a hervir y entonces a\u00f1adimos la quinoa.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cocinamos seg\u00fan las instrucciones del envase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Una vez est\u00e9 cocida la quinoa,<\/strong> llevamos a un colador y pasamos bajo agua fr\u00eda para cortar su cocci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Dejamos escurrir<\/strong> bien antes de servir como guarnici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ensalada de garbanzos<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lavamos y troceamos los pepinos.<\/strong> Reservamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Escurrimos los garbanzos<\/strong> en un colador y los enjuagamos bien bajo el agua fr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Mezclamos todos los ingredientes<\/strong> en un bol o ensaladera y ya estar\u00eda lista nuestra ensalada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Puedes a\u00f1adir el ali\u00f1o<\/strong> que m\u00e1s te guste.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Salchichas con tomate<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Trituramos<\/strong> los tomates, la cebolla, las zanahor\u00edas y los d\u00e1tiles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Llevamos a una olla con un chorrito de aceite de oliva<\/strong> y cocinamos tapado hasta que se cocine el sofrito<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>En una sart\u00e9n<\/strong> cocinamos las salchichas troceadas hasta que se doren bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A\u00f1adimos el sofrito a la sart\u00e9n<\/strong> y cocinamos para que se integren los sabores unos 5 minutos a fuego bajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Muslitos de pollo con cebolla<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Salamos y a\u00f1adimos los muslos de pollo<\/strong> en una olla con un chorro de aceite de oliva y los marcamos bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Mientras<\/strong> pelamos y cortamos las cebollas y los ajos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A\u00f1adimos la cebolla y los ajos<\/strong> en la olla y rehogamos bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cuando empiecen a dorarse<\/strong> a\u00f1adimos un par de vasos de agua y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento hasta que el agua se consuma por completo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Batido de avena y fresas<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lavamos bien las fresas<\/strong> y las troceamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A\u00f1adimos todos los ingredientes<\/strong> en la batidora de vaso.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Procesamos bien hasta obetener la textura deseada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Puedes
