A\u00f1ade la salsa de tomate y la hamburguesa vegana. Aplasta con un tenedor hasta que tengas una bolo\u00f1esa vegana. A\u00f1ade un poco de agua y un chorrito de vino si lo deseas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cuando las patatas est\u00e9n cocidas<\/strong>, apl\u00e1stalas con un tenedor (puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de piment\u00f3n) y ponlas encima de la bolo\u00f1esa, en la sart\u00e9n, esparciendo bien hasta que la capa de patata impida ver la bolo\u00f1esa de dentro. Hornea a 180\u00baC hasta que dore. Ponla en la parte de arriba del horno as\u00ed se dorar\u00e1 mejor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Crema de coliflor<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Sofr\u00ede la cebolla con el ajo<\/strong> y cuando est\u00e9 dorado a\u00f1ade el puerro troceado. A\u00f1ade sal y pimienta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lava y corta la coliflor<\/strong> y cocina en una olla con agua. Deja que se ablande un poco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Tritura todos los ingredientes en una batidora<\/strong> y empieza a batir. Ve a\u00f1adiendo agua poco a poco y sigue batiendo hasta que obtengas la textura deseada.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Arroz con espinacas<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cocina el arroz<\/strong> hasta que quede al dente mientras sofr\u00edes el ajo en una sart\u00e9n con abundante aceite.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cuando el ajo est\u00e9 dorado<\/strong> a\u00f1ade las espinacas y el vino blanco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Finalmente a\u00f1ade el arroz<\/strong> y mezcla.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Espaguetis<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cocina los espaguetis al dente<\/strong> y cuando est\u00e9n, mezcla con salsa de tomates y alguna hoja de espinaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ensalada de pasta<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Hierve la pasta<\/strong> al dente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lava las verduras y c\u00f3rtalas<\/strong> bien y cuando la pasta est\u00e9 cocida mezcla todo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siempre que preparamos recetas de Batch Cooking, nos cuesta resistir la tentaci\u00f3n de probar m\u00e1s de una.
