style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cortar en juliana la cebolla tierna y rehogar en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva. Cuando est\u00e9 bien dorada a\u00f1adir el ajo picado y cocinar unos minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A\u00f1adir las especias y rehogar con el aceite para desarrollar su aroma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Agregar los garbanzos y el caldo de verduras y hervir hasta espesar. A\u00f1adir sal al gusto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servir acompa\u00f1ado de un poco de yogur griego y cilantro fresco picado.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Pasta fresca con langostinos, ajo y guindilla<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hervir la pasta fresca en abundante agua y sal el tiempo que indica el envase. Escurrir y agregar un poco de aceite de oliva para evitar que se peguen. Reservar un poco del agua de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En una sart\u00e9n con bastante aceite, fre\u00edr los dientes de ajo laminados junto a las guindillas picadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pelar los langostinos y rehogar en la misma sart\u00e9n junto el ajo y la guindilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Agregar la pasta cocida y dos o tres cucharadas del agua de cocci\u00f3n, saltear hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Aguacates rellenos con ensalada de garbanzos<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cortar por la mitad los aguacates, retirar el hueso y vaciar su contenido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Picar todas las verduras junto con el aguacate en dados muy peque\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mezclar con los garbanzos cocidos y ali\u00f1ar la mezcla con un poco de aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta y comino al gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rellenar las mitades de los aguacates y decorar con un poco de cilantro fresco picado.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ensalada con langostinos picantes<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pelar los langostinos crudos y dejar marinar 15 minutos en una mezcla de aceite con el piment\u00f3n picante y los copos de chile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cortar el aguacate en l\u00e1minas y reservar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lavar las hojas de lechuga, escurrir y reservar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Escurrir los langostinos y marcar en una sart\u00e9n a fuego fuerte por ambos lados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mezclar la ensalada con las verduras, ali\u00f1ar con un poco de aceite, sal, zumo de lim\u00f3n y decorar con unos copos de chile al gusto<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Vasito de yogur y fruta<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es unos vasos peque\u00f1os, a\u00f1adir un poco de yogur griego en el fondo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A continuaci\u00f3n, verter una capa de mermelada de fresa al gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Terminar agregando una capa mas de yogur y decorar con un poco de muesli de frutos secos y unas fresas cortadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed la primavera y nuestra cocina lo sabe.
