Traditions, parodies and fun take the cities and villages streets in Spain but, if there is something we love as much or even more than a good party, is fine eating.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34,34,34);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 16px;font-family: Exo 2\", sans-serif;\">We travel to the Canary Islands this year from our kitchen to pay tribute to their world-famous carnival with the 5-star dish: the mojo pic\u00f3n. We disguise this traditional recipe to create 3 different, colourful mojos, to serve with delicious \"papas arrug\u00e1s\" (tasty boiled potatoes) to enjoy these holiday and party days.
