But if we talk about healthy and comfort food <a href=\"https:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/en\/cooking-tips\/combat-christmas-excess\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eating<\/a>, you will not fail because we are here to help you with it thanks to this winter batch cooking.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Green soup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Shallots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g Peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Fresh spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml Vegetable stock\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml Coconut milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laminated almonds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunflower pips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chia seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh coriander\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chicken with green beans and sesame stir fry\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g Bobby beans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Chicken breasts\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesame oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tablespoons of soy sauce\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red chilli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>White sesame\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courgette au gratin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Courgette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g Caramelised onions\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Grated mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chorizo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the salmon <em>en papillote<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Salmon <em>en papillote<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Salmon loins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the garnish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Green pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Red pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Yellow pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beetroot and orange smoothie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the smoothie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Cooked beetroots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Bananas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Oranges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For garnish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Banana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Batch_enero_22_1.jpg\" alt=\"chicken with green beans and sesame stir fry, courgette au gratin, salmon en papillote, and beetroot and orange smoothie.\" class=\"wp-image-9971\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Green Soup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dice the shallots, stir fry them with olive oil in a pan until tender. Add the peas and spinach and cook for a couple of minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in the vegetable stock, add salt and pepper, and cook for 20 minutes. Blend in a beaker and, meanwhile, add the coconut milk little by little to make the soup creamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve and garnish with almonds, pips, some chia seeds, and a coriander stalk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chicken with green beans and sesame stir fry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash and cut the beans into similar chunks. Boil them in water with salt for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water or ice cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dice the chicken breasts, add salt and pepper, and cook over medium-high heat in a large pan with sesame oil. When they are golden brown, pour soy sauce and put bobby beans. Reduce until the beans are brown too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve and garnish with sliced chili and sesame seeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courgette au gratin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the courgette and cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices. Spread it on an oven tray lined with parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle olive oil all over it, add salt and pepper, and bake at 190 \u00b0C for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with a layer of caramelised onion, then a layer of grated cheese, and bake again for another 15 minutes at the same temperature, or until the cheese melts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice the&nbsp;<em>chorizo&nbsp;<\/em>and bake for five more minutes. Serve and garnish with chopped chives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salmon <em>en papillote<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the salmon, remove all the pin bones, and place each loin over a piece of parchment paper, larger than the loins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add a dash of olive oil, place three lemon wedges on top, add salt and pepper, and sprinkle some dry dill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Close the parchment paper, making small parcels, and cook at 180 \u00b0C for 12-15 minutes, depending on how thick the salmon loins are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the garnish, cut the peppers into strips and stir fry them with olive oil over high heat for a couple of minutes. Serve it with the salmon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beetroot and orange smoothie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the smoothie, cut the cooked beetroot into pieces, peel, and cut the banana too. Squeeze the orange.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place all these ingredients in a blender, add the blueberries, and blend for three minutes, or until smooth and soft.
