And we still have plenty of time to enjoy this wonderful Sunday and relax knowing that we have next week&#8217;s menu saved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have you already prepared your Batch Cooking recipes? <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>Spicy Pasta<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cups of pasta (galets)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/4 cup tomato sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 chopped onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 garlic clove, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 piece of green pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 small cays<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A bunch of spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soybean Steaks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 soybean steaks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Water or vegetable broth<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon of garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon of paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup of breadcrumbs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pinch of salt <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Waffles<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 + 1\/3 cup of flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup of margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/3 cup hot vegetable milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 tablespoons of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds and 3 tablespoons of water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 package of baker&#8217;s yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few drops of vanilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tablespoons of pearly sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Saut\u00e9ed Mushrooms<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup of mushrooms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 garlic clove, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Green Smoothie<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup of spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 banana<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 carrot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon of chia seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup of water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-79974 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/post-bc-ingredientes-1.jpg\" alt=\"recetas batch cooking\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Spicy Pasta<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cook the pasta in a pot of water while in a\u00a0 pan with oil you fry the<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pepper, onion, cayenne pepper, spinach and garlic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it is golden, add the tomato sauce and let it cook for about 5<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minutes at medium-low heat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strain the pasta once it is cooked and mix it with the sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Soybean Steaks<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soak the steaks in boiling water or vegetable broth for about 15 minutes until they begin to soften.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a bowl mix the garlic, paprika, salt and breadcrumbs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drain the steaks and coat them with this mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saut\u00e9 for a minute until golden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Waffles<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a glass add the hot milk, the yeast and a pinch of sugar to activate the yeast. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a bowl mix the flour, the sugar, with the milk and the yeast mixture and the linen and water mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix well and add the margarine, vanilla and pearl sugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stir until everything is well integrated and let it rest for an hour until it doubles in size, covered with a cloth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After that hour, turn on your waffle iron, and when it is hot, add a little of the dough. Let it stand for about 4 minutes until they are well browned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can keep the remaining dough in the freezer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Saut\u00e9ed Mushrooms<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in oil with the garlic until they are golden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Green Smoothie<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mash all ingredients in a powerful blender.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We got up early today to put on our apron and start preparing next week&#8217;s meal.
