Long grain rice, boiled<\/li>\n<li>Soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>pork loin with creamy mushroom sauce<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Onion<\/li>\n<li>150g Mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>250ml Fresh cream<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 Pork loin fillets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Oven-baked fish on seasonal veggies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Small Vitelotte potato<\/li>\n<li>4 Small potatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 Carrots<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Broccoli<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 Gilthead fillets<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Creamy mushroom soup<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Onion<\/li>\n<li>200g Mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>500ml Chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>50ml Cream<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Custard tartlets<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Puff pastry sheet<\/li>\n<li>250g Milk<\/li>\n<li>50g Sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 Yolks<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Vanilla pod<\/li>\n<li>20g Cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-73948 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/BC-INGREDIENTES.jpg\" alt=\"Saint Valentine batch cooking\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/BC-INGREDIENTES.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/BC-INGREDIENTES.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Stir fry rice with veggies<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dice the vegetables, finely.<\/li>\n<li>Stir fry the chopped clove of garlic in a pan until slightly brown, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add boiled rice with a dash of soy sauce, stir fry all together, and add salt &amp; pepper to taste. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Pork loin with creamy mushroom sauce<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Chopped the onion and fry in a pan with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>When golden brown, add the chopped mushrooms and stir until cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the fresh cream and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Add some salt &amp; pepper and blend the sauce with a food processor.<\/li>\n<li>Season the loin fillets with salt &amp; pepper too and stir fry in the pan with olive oil until golden brown, both sides. Pour the mushroom sauce and simmer again over low heat for 10 more minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with sliced, stir-fried mushrooms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Oven-baked fish on seasonal veggies<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash and cut potatoes into big segments, don\u2019t remove the peel.<\/li>\n<li>Peel and cut carrots into big parts. Separate broccoli florets and slice lemon.<\/li>\n<li>Mix all the veggies in an oven tray, add a dash of oil, salt &amp; pepper all over.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20 minutes at 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Season gilthead fillets with salt &amp; pepper, brush with oil and place over the veggies on the oven tray to bake for 10 more minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Creamy mushroom soup<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the onion and stir fry in a pot with olive oil. When the onion is golden brown, add the chopped garlic and cook for a couple of minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the chopped mushrooms until brown.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream and blend.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with some sliced, stir-fried mushrooms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Custard tartlets<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare the custard by bringing milk to a boil, together with vanilla pod, and simmer for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and the pulp of the vanilla pod. Whisk until well-combined.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the milk into the mix and toss to combine. Use a pan over medium heat for this mix and stir until thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the puff pastry sheet and cut into 2cm thick slices.
