March, we are waiting for you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Zucchini burger<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd Zucchini<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons of canned chickpeas<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons of flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cup of bread crumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Chickpeas with tomato and spinach<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Cup of canned chickpeas<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Cup of tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 Bunch of spinach<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of garlic, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Lemonade<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>90g Sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 Lemons<\/li>\n<li>1l Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Whole salad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bc Lettuce<\/li>\n<li>5 Cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>3 Radishes<\/li>\n<li>1 Carrot<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons of sesame<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon of mustard, 1 Tbsp oil, and 1 Tbsp vinegar<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable protein<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cup of rice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Zucchini omelette<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bc Diced zucchini<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Onion<\/li>\n<li>4 Tablespoons of chickpea flour or cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cups of water<\/li>\n<li>1 Pinch of turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon of garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon of black salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-74164 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/BATCH-COOKING-FEBRERO-2.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan batch cooking ingredients\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/BATCH-COOKING-FEBRERO-2.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/BATCH-COOKING-FEBRERO-2.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Zucchini burger<\/h2>\n<p>Grind zucchini in a food grinder. Add the clove of garlic, chickpeas, flour and grind again.<\/p>\n<p>Shape the mixture into balls with your wet hands, coat in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Chickpeas with tomato and spinach<\/p>\n<p>Add all the ingredients to a frying pan with oil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>Lemonade<\/h2>\n<p>Blend sugar in a food processor or blender until it is powdered.<\/p>\n<p>Wash and cut tops of the lemon. Cut in half and add to the blender. Pour a half litre of water and blend.<\/p>\n<p>Add a half litre more and filter with a colander or sieve.<\/p>\n<p>Store the lemonade in a glass jar in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<h2>Whole salad<\/h2>\n<p>Wash and cut all the ingredients and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and the mix of mustard, oil, and vinegar.<\/p>\n<h2>Zucchini omelette<\/h2>\n<p>Stir fry the zucchini with the onion and the clove of garlic until brown.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, mix the flour with some water (pour it gently, until it looks like a beaten egg), add salt, turmeric, and powdered garlic.<\/p>\n<p>When the zucchini is brown, add to the bowl and stir.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the fake beaten egg and the zucchini into the frying pan and cooked both sides evenly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The sun rises earlier, the days look a bit more colourful, and our kitchen finds new flavours telling us February is almost over, so here it comes our Batch Cooking farewell.
