But we still have some more for our weekly <strong>Batch Cooking<\/strong>, so here we go with these easy, vegan, and rich in nutrients recipes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Beans<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Cups of raw beans<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Onion<\/li>\n<li>2 Cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Rice with vegetables<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Cup of rice<\/li>\n<li>2 Artichokes<\/li>\n<li>2 Carrots<\/li>\n<li>A bunch of green beans<\/li>\n<li>Red and green pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Onion<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>A piece of courgette<\/li>\n<li>Mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt and turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup of tomato sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Aubergine chips<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Aubergine<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Spanish pisto (ratatouille)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Cup of tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 Piece of aubergine<\/li>\n<li>1 Piece of courgette<\/li>\n<li>Red and green pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Onion<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pasta with spinach<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A bunch of spinach<\/li>\n<li>1 Cup of lentils pasta (or whole wheat pasta)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-74537\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Vegan-Batch-Cooking-2.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan Batch Cooking ingredients\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Vegan-Batch-Cooking-2.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Vegan-Batch-Cooking-2.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Beans<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Put the beans to soak the night before to shorten cooking time.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer with abundant water, garlic, and onion for one hour and a half approximately, until tender.<\/p>\n<h3>Rice with vegetables<\/h3>\n<p>Cut all the vegetables into pieces and stir fry in a skillet with oil.<\/p>\n<p>When brown, add salt and turmeric. Stir and add tomato sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Cook over low heat for a couple of minutes and add the rice.<\/p>\n<p>Boil some water or vegetable broth in a pot. When ready, pour two cups of this into the skillet and stir fry again.<\/p>\n<p>If needed, pour some more water until the rice is cooked.<\/p>\n<h3>Aubergine chips<\/h3>\n<p>Cut into fine slices the aubergine and soak in water for one hour.<\/p>\n<p>Mix salt with breadcrumbs and coat the aubergine slices.<\/p>\n<p>Put them in an oven tray with some oil and bake at 180\u00baC for 30 minutes until they are golden brown.<\/p>\n<h3>Spanish pisto (ratatouille)<\/h3>\n<p>Stir fry all the vegetables until brown. Add tomato sauce and a pinch of salt, cook over medium-low heat for 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>Pasta with spinach<\/h3>\n<p>Cook pasta al dente, and mix with spinach.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are testing the rice cooking function of our new DirectSense hob, so this week we have plenty of recipes with rice.
