Use a whisker to combine the ingredients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix mesclun leaves with the dressing and put them in a salad bowl.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Garnish with some orange wedges, smoked salmon strips or slices, some cheese dices, and sprinkle chopped almonds.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Veal and veggies stir-fry wok<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for the dressing and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook noodles in water with salt and set aside too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cut red pepper into thin strips, stir-fry in a frying pan with some oil and save for later.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add salt and pepper to the veal steak, cut into strips, stir-fry over high heat until brown. Add stir-fried red pepper, noodles and soy dressing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and serve with some chopped spring onions as garnish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Avocado and salmon sandwich<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Peel and cut the avocado into thin slices and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chop fresh dill and mix with cream cheese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Toast bread slices and spread the cream cheese over them. Add avocado slices and smoked salmon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Veal and veggies stir-fry wok<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cut the courgette and aubergine into thin strips, add salt and pepper, and brown in a frying pan with oil for both sides until tender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cut the red pepper into thick strips and sear in a frying pan too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add salt and pepper to the steak and cook in a pan over high heat until brown.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Serve the steak with saut\u00e9ing vegetables and a slice of butter.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Chocolate cookies<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix butter with brown and white sugar. Add the egg and vanilla essence. Whisk with a hand mixer until all the ingredients are well combined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and soda, and a pinch of salt. Add this to the previous batter. Work the mixture until you have a dough. Add then the chocolate chips. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shape dough balls of the same size, flat a bit, and place on an oven tray with parchment paper.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Preheat the oven to 180\u00baC and bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Batch Cookings have more bright colours and flavourful tastes each time.
