Happy belly, a happy return to routine (or that\u2019s what they say).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>Courgette salad<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Courgette<\/li>\n<li>Rocket and lamb\u2019s lettuce leaves<\/li>\n<li>Grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Pine nuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Gnocchi with tomato sauce<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g gnocchi<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>200 g homemade tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>100 ml evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li>Cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>Sage leaves<\/li>\n<li>Grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Spanish style clams<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>10 g parsley<\/li>\n<li>300 g clams<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Lamb chops with herbs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g butter<\/li>\n<li>Rosemary<\/li>\n<li>Thyme<\/li>\n<li>Sage<\/li>\n<li>600 g Lamb chops<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<li>200 g potatoes<\/li>\n<li>200 g sweet potatoes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fruit salad<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Mango<\/li>\n<li>1 Pineapple<\/li>\n<li>100 g Strawberries<\/li>\n<li>200 g Blueberries<\/li>\n<li>200 g Raspberries<\/li>\n<li>Mint<\/li>\n<li>400 ml Orange juice<\/li>\n<li>Sweetener (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-75840\" src=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Batch-cooking-ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"Batch Cooking ingredients \" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Batch-cooking-ingredients.jpg 700w, http:\/\/cookinglovers.teka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Batch-cooking-ingredients.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Courgette salad<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Slice the courgette with a mandoline to get thin strips and mix with the lamb\u2019s lettuce and rocket leaves in a large salad bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Dress with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper and toss.<\/li>\n<li>Serve and garnish with roasted pine nuts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Gnocchi with tomato sauce<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook gnocchi in boiling water with salt, drain and set aside to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Heat tomato sauce with evaporated milk, cherries cut in halves, and cook until it thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Add gnocchi, a bit of sage, and toss.<\/li>\n<li>Serve garnish with some grated Parmesan cheese.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Spanish style clams<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the cloves of garlic finely and fry in a skillet with olive oil<\/li>\n<li>When they begin to fry, add parsley and keep frying until garlic is golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add the clams and cook together until the clams are open.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt if needed too and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Lamb chops with herbs<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>For the chops: melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add rosemary, thyme, and sage, and let infuse for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>When the butter has the flavour of the herbs, add salt and pepper to the lamb chops and cook for both sides until brown.<\/li>\n<li>For the side: cook the potato and sweet potato in the microwave in a bowl, covered with plastic wrap, without making holes on the surface, for 6 to 7 minutes, on full power.<\/li>\n<li>Slice and finish the cooking by frying them in the skillet with butter and herbs until golden brown. Serve as a side dish for the lamb chops.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Fruit salad<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dice the mango and the pineapple, quarter the strawberries, and place them in a bowl together with blueberries and raspberries.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the mint and add to the bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add if you wish some sweetener to the fruit salad, toss, and macerate for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with orange juice. If you don\u2019t use a sweetener, add the orange juice in the previous step to macerate with the rest of the fruit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you coming back from the holidays next week?
